Terms And Conditions (**RECENTLY UPDATED**)

By pressing "I agree", you acknowledge and agree that the acquisition fee to Worldlink Services Corp. for successfully obtaining each generic 855 prefix number will be $49.00 if you select one of our service plans.  The fee for obtaining the 855 prefix number will be $99.00 if you elect to move the number to another provider.  In demand Vanity numbers have a higher fee. These fees are payable by you before the 855 number is released to you, your carrier or another RespOrg.  There will be no fee to you for processing your 855 prefix number reservations procedure if we cannot obtain that number for you.  There is no charge for the number itself.  There is only a charge for processing the number reservation request, if successful.

• A Generic number is a numeric only or simple alpha numeric. An in demand Vanity number is generally an alpha only that is harder to acquire and has a higher fee that is based on the degree of difficulty involved.
• We will use our state-of-the-art systems software technology and tools to attempt to obtain your preferred 855 numbers. While there is no guarantee of success, our state-of-the-art systems will provide you the best possible attempt at acquiring your requested number.
• If we obtain your desired 855 toll free number, you will pay Worldlink Services Corp. the processing fee.  Upon payment, we will transfer the number or numbers to you, a Carrier or RespOrg of choice with confirmation of ownership.
• Should you request more than one number, you will be required to pay for all successful reservation attempts prior to any numbers being released.
• Our processing fees are for numbers acquired after 10/27/10.

By accepting your request, Worldlink Services Corp. will make a good faith effort to acquire your 855 number and will be accountable for our obligations as stated above. In no event shall either party be liable to the other for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data or use, incurred by either party, nor shall either party be obligated beyond the fees indicated above.

Worldlink and its affiliated Responsible Organizations reserve any and all rights to make changes necessary to the customer of record pertaining to any toll free number in its controlling possession until such time the number or numbers are assigned to their new customer contact in the SMS database via the "CAD record" or are changed to the customer's RespOrg of choice.

DO NOT PUBLISH YOUR RESERVED NUMBER IN PRINT OR DIGITALLY UNTIL THE NUMBER IS ACTUALLY WORKING AND POINTING TO THE NUMBER OF YOUR CHOICE.  WORLDLINK SERVICES CORP ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ANY EXPENSES INCURRED BY ANYONE IN THE PROCESS OF ACQUIRING, RESERVING, TRANSFERING AND/OR PROVISIONING THE SAID NUMBER.
